Becoming Martian

The Honors College, in partnership with Humanity in Deep Space and Kentucky Space Futures, invites students, faculty, and community members to a discussion with the author of Becoming a Martian: Living the New Science of Our Changing Bodies, Scott Solomon. The event will explore interdisciplinary questions at the intersection of space exploration, human adaptation, biology, ethics, and the future of humanity beyond Earth.

Plant a Tree with Me!

Join Honors College faculty Kenton Sena for a day of reforestation at a surface mining site in Eastern KY. Lunch is provided; please dress appropriately for outdoor work (closed-toed shoes required, long pants and layers recommended) and bring water.
