All requests should be submitted through the LHC STUDENT RESERVATION REQUEST FORM. Contact libby.hannon@uky.edu with questions.
If you are planning an event or meeting on behalf of a UK student organization, you must also complete a request with University Events. Only registered student organizations are permitted to reserve spaces in the LHC.

If your event is not associated with or sponsored by the Lewis Honors College, please review the Lewis Honors College Facility Agreement prior to submitting a request. For questions, please contact Maura Glascock at Maura.Glascock@uky.edu. Please note, we do no accept reservations beyond the current academic semester.
