All requests should be submitted through the LHC INTERNAL EVENT REQUEST FORM. Contact honors.events@uky.edu with questions.
If you are planning an event or meeting on behalf of a UK student organization, you must also complete a request with University Events. Only registered student organizations are permitted to reserve spaces in the LHC.
If you are not associated with the Lewis Honors College, please use the LHC Guest Reservation Request Form.
Please review the Lewis Honors College Facility Agreement prior to submitting a request. For questions, please contact Maura Glascock at Maura.Glascock@uky.edu. Please note, we do no accept reservations beyond the current academic semester.
