How to Honor the Balance

I honor the balance by pursuing passions outside of the work setting. One thing I am passionate about is dancing! I dance in a professional capacity with a local dance company. Having this network of artists has helped me to grow professionally and personally as an artist and has positively contributed to my overall well-being. I also spend a lot of time with my family and my pups!

Learn the art of setting healthy boundaries! Consider the priorities in your life and things or activities you could let go or dial back. I have found so much peace in being able to protect my time and space, which ultimately impacts my mental health and well-being.
