Sally Foster, M.A.
Assistant Dean for Student Engagement; Director of Center for Personal Development; Honors Instructor
Sally serves as assistant dean for student engagement for the college. She oversees strategic planning, programs, and services for College Life, the Honors Residential Experience, and the Center for Personal Development. Sally has over twenty years of experience in higher education student affairs and career development. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology and her graduate degree is in mental health counseling. Before joining the Lewis Honors College in 2017, Sally served as the founding director of the Graham Office of Career Management at the Gatton College of Business & Economics at the University of Kentucky. Prior to that, her role within the university was as director of MBA Career Services. Sally also brings experience from the private liberal arts environment from her time at Asbury University where she served as the director of career services.
Credentials that Sally has include being a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors and a Certified Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association.
