‘UK at the Half’: Recent UK and Lewis Honors grad ready for what’s next

As part of the University of Kentucky’s mission to advance the Commonwealth, faculty and staff are focused on enrolling and graduating more students to help strengthen the state’s workforce. 

In this “UK at the Half,” which aired during the UK vs. Mississippi State Men’s Basketball game on Saturday, Jan. 10, we hear from Evelyn Hinz, who graduated last month from UK and the Lewis Honors College.

This month, she began a full-time role as a body production engineer at Toyota’s Production Engineering Manufacturing Center in Georgetown, directly contributing to the local workforce. Learn how her time at UK helped with her career goals.
