I am very interested in Nutrition and Dietetics. I hope to further explore how nutrition plays a big role in chronic diseases and how we can further help the Appalachian region become more healthy overall. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, volunteering, and watching video essays about random/interesting topics.
