What have you learned as a Singletary Scholar? What do you hope to accomplish as a Singletary Scholar?

So far I have learned that true change really occurs when you bring together amazing people to achieve it. Getting to meet my fellow scholars has shown me how each person contributes their own strengths to the group and how together we can really get into deep conversations and pursue the changes we want to see in our communities. I hope to become more of a confident leader and someone who embraces teamwork. I also hope to truly find my passions and to commit to pursuing them and being an active participate in the things I want to stand for.
